This do-it-yourself kit will equip your overhead door with an unlocking mechanism attached to the top of your door that will operate 1 or 2 spring latches.
How it works : When the motor pulls the handle, the rocker mechanism tightens the cable that unlocks the latch(es) attached to the bottom of your garage door.

Kit de verrouillage automatique
Commande bien reçue et colis bien conditionné. En revanche, à l'ouverture du colis, je me suis rendu compte que le câble était plié à plusieurs endroits, ce qui rend difficile le fait de le tendre. De plus, il était effrité aux deux extrémités sur plusieurs dizaines de centimètres, ce qui rend impossible le fait de le faire entrer dans l'entièreté de son épaisseur dans le trou se trouvant sur la vis de la gâche. Impossible aussi de couper le câble pour repartir sur un câble intègre sans perdre trop de longueur. Il va donc falloir que je rachète un nouveau câble et que je retente l'installation. Bref, je suis globalement assez déçu de ce produit...
Notre réponse : Bonjour, comme vu avec vous par message, nous vous renvoyons un câble pour vous permettre de faire votre montage convenablement. Désolé pour l’avarie de transport qui a écrasé le premier câble reçu.

hang the springs at the base of the upright
peg the upright to the floor
in the case of a door equipped with 2 locks in the corners, use the striker plates to keep the door locked.
